Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Refunds
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, no questions asked. Request it by contacting us (see below) within that window and we will refund your initial charge in full.
Outside that window, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
How refunds work with our payment provider
Payments are processed by creem.io, our merchant of record. Contact UPGeoSEO first at [email protected] for any refund or billing question — we determine eligibility under this policy, and creem executes approved refunds to your original payment method. creem may also issue refunds directly where required (for example, to resolve a dispute).
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we (via creem) may retry the charge over a short period and notify you by email so you can update your payment method. If payment still cannot be collected after those retries, your subscription may be paused or canceled and paid features may become unavailable until payment succeeds. No content is deleted solely because a renewal payment failed.
